Small, upscale Japanese restaurant serving Shabu Shabu, the boiled pot where you cook raw meat and vegetables at your table like a fondue pot. Run by Vietnamese owners so may not be 100% authentic Japanese.

Pizza and Chicken Chopped Salad – All the pizzas here are good, some favorites are the BBQ Chicken or Thai Chicken if you tend to like Asian food. The BBQ Chicken Chopped salad is outstanding. Chicken Tequila Fettuccine was tasty but probably fattening. Shanghai Garlic Noodles terrible – way too salty.

Chavitos Headquarters: 201 S Mountain Ave, Santa Ana 92704. Tacos – Carnita style (small tortilla rounds with meat, onion, and cilantro)
Tacos Chavitos gives you a free pineapple juice while waiting – agua fresca de pina and radishes/carrots with your taco order. Pollo, Asada, Lengua, Carnita, Chicharron are just a few of the many types of tacos you can order

Thai Food – Pad see ew, pad thai, beef salad are some of my favorite Thai dishes. Most Thai places have affordable lunch time specials that include a crispy appetizer, soup, and salad. Curry with coconut milk is common to most Thai dishes. The soups are a good variety ranging from hot and sour soup, coconut milk soup, noodle and tofu soup, to a whole meal of hot pot Thai soup.

One of many intimate Italian restaurants in Orange County. Tiramisu is to die for. If you like fresh tomatos and garlic, the alla checcha is also very good.
